Thank you Troopy legends for visiting www.odysseycustomfitouts.com.au ! Odyssey Custom Fitouts is a small, independent business located in Perth, Western Australia and all cabinetry is built in house and shipped directly from our Perth warehouse.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you are engaging in our service and agreeing to the following terms and conditions. These terms of service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, vendors, merchants and/or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted by Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

SITE TERMS

You may use the site in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

·         Represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residency and/or have given us consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site.

·         You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account (including orders placed using your account), and you must keep your account details secure. We are not responsible for any unauthorised activity on your account. We may refer fraudulent or illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

·         You must not interfere with or disrupt the site, the servers or networks that host the site, transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

Custom Odyssey Fitouts owns all materials underlying and forming part of this website including graphics, logos, icons and images.

Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, sell, copy or exploit any portion of the service or use of the service, without permission by us. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

A breach or violation of any of the terms will result in an immediate termination of your services.

BUILDS

If you are proceeding with a build fitout, roof conversion or any form of accessory fit with us, you are agreeing into our terms of service by means of deposit once a quote has been provided. Once a quote has been accepted, your invoice received and the deposit has been made, drafting and purchasing materials will commence immediately. Any changes to design will incur a drafting fee and any cancellations will forfeit the deposit.

For all customized builds, an initial consultation is required at our O’Connor warehouse or via a phone call with Toby. This enables the team to explain all components involved in a build, customize it to your needs and run through all additional features you can choose to add.

You will then be sent a quote via email to review. If you choose to accept the build quote, you will be invoiced and the deposit is then required to confirm and start your build process.

Please note: The team will advise estimated make times upon consultation as it varies greatly depending on the build and turnaround times from outsourced companies.

ONLINE ORDERS

When you place an order on our website, you must pay for your order in full at the time of ordering by one of the payment methods accepted at checkout. By purchasing from our store, you are agreeing into having your personal details collected in order to process and ship your order.

If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after you have submitted it to the site, please contact us immediately via email to: info@odysseycustomfitouts.com.au.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email to the assigned email address at checkout. In the case an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified via phone or email and may choose to exchange your chosen product or have a refund for the cost of goods. We may at our discretion refuse to fulfil an order from you for any reason, including but not limited to:

·         Unavailability of stock

·         We suspect you may be on-selling our products to other consumers

·         If we suspect your order is fraudulent

·         If there is an error in the imagery, product description or price

All orders that are in stock will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. You will be notified if there are any further delays with the shipment of your order, however we are not responsible for any delays out of our control (e.g: unavailability of materials or shipping delays through third parties).

SHIPPING

Once your order has been collected from our warehouse for shipment, you will be sent tracking details via email. Once an order has been collected, shipping times and delays are out of our control and any shipping delay enquiries are to be directly raised with the freight company.

MISSING ITEMS / INCORRECT ITEMS

We follow continuous quality control checks to ensure you are receiving exactly what was ordered, however acknowledge that despite stringent procedures, mistakes can happen and pieces can go missing. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Odyssey Custom Fitouts within 10 days of receiving your purchased products if this is the case. We will not be held responsible for any missing items beyond this point.

RETURNS

Due to the custom nature of our fitouts, we do not accept change of mind, returns or refunds.

We know our products well and they are time and tested, however in the rare event you receive a product with a default, please contact us immediately and we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please ensure to provide accurate images via email of the damaged item for assessment to support your claim and to speed up the process.

If the item is deemed faulty, we will repair or replace the product or refund the price of the product to your original payment method, as in conjunction with the Australian Consumer Law. Please see the warranty page for further details.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your online order, please contact admin@odysseycustomfitouts.com.au. Once an order has been completed, it cannot be cancelled and the item must instead be returned to us in accordance with our returns policy. Cancelling custom builds after drafting has commenced, will forfeit the deposit paid.

RESALE

No resale. Goods are not to be purchased for resale in any form. Vendors and merchants please contact admin@odysseycustomfitouts.com.au for sales enquiries.

ADVERTISED PRODUCTS

We try to ensure that all product advertised online is accurate and current. Prices and colours of products may change and are subject to availability. Due to human or technical error, information may be recorded incorrectly and can be removed from sale at any point.

PRICING

All prices and delivery costs are in Australian dollars (AUD$) and are inclusive of GST. International orders will be processed in Australian Dollars.

If your order is for delivery outside of Australia, the products may be subject to import duties and taxes which are calculated at the final destination. You will be responsible for the payment of these duties and taxes if applicable.
